Private and approved shared pools before public marketplace theater.

RenderMac’s first capacity cells are private-first-party, organization-private, and unpaid shared beta. That is a product honesty choice: isolation and beta reliability beat pretending a global public fleet exists.

The public-path beta canary proves the browser/API/gateway path with an org-private Mac: buyer calls go through the public app/API path, the host connects to the public provider gateway, and media travels through signed HTTPS artifact URLs. Shared-beta acceptance must likewise be proved through public paths with multiple buyer accounts and multiple unpaid host testers.
