RenderMac uses capacity quotes instead of a vague “starting at” price. A buyer sees the service, pool, region, ETA band, fee ceiling, confidence, and expiry before accepting work.
No fake rate card: the current release is private-first-party and organization-private first. Public provider capacity and measured production prices are not represented as available today.

2. Fund
Accept the quote against a prepaid buyer balance and bounded fee ceiling.
3. Execute
Run under a lease with progress, retries, and output verification.
4. Settle
Record final usage and provider accounting only when release gates allow it.
What changes a quote?
- Service type, duration, resolution, codec, and input count.
- Pool and region eligibility, queue depth, and ready supply.
- Priority, max queue wait, and requested output policy.
- Verification, artifact storage, and minimum-job rules.
