Developers and buyers can create an account and run eligible jobs without a card or prepaid balance. Apple Silicon hosts participate voluntarily as unpaid testers.
Beta terms: buyer charges are waived to $0. Host testers receive no wages, credits, reimbursements, earnings, or payouts. The beta is experimental, as-is, and has no SLA.

We may later offer paid buyer plans and compensated hosting. Those programs will use separate commercial terms and require affirmative enrollment. Beta participation does not authorize future charges or create retroactive host compensation.
