For developers

A typed media API on Apple Silicon - not a shell on a rented Mac.

Submit named services, quote first, create idempotent jobs, verify webhook signatures, and retrieve checksummed artifacts. Remotion, FFmpeg, and VideoToolbox paths are first-class because buyers need Mac-native behavior, not generic GPU folklore.

Integration shape

  1. List services and pin the service ID you will call in production.
  2. Call estimate immediately before create so cost/ETA bands stay attached to the job.
  3. Persist idempotency keys and quote IDs in your own datastore.
  4. Handle webhooks as retry-safe, signature-checked events.
  5. Verify content type and checksum before publishing output to users.

Remotion

Deterministic frame ranges on Apple Silicon.

Webhooks

Delivery, signatures, and idempotency mindset.

Benchmarks

Measured Remotion and VideoToolbox bakeoffs.

Availability: Dogfood is private-first-party / org-private. Use the waitlist for early buyer access rather than assuming open public capacity.

Share the services you plan to call. We will email when buyer API access opens for your cohort.
